  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked; shred using two forks.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, and half the green chiles; mix well.
