- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Place dragon fruit flesh into a blender.
- Add maple syrup, lime juice, vanilla, and salt.
- Blend on high for 3 minutes until completely smooth.
- Pour mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container.
- Cover with parchment paper touching the surface.
- Freeze, stirring with a fork every hour for the first 3 hours until set.
