- 16 oz Rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Drain and rinse pasta with cold water.
- Combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in a large bowl.
- Pour Italian vinaigrette over the mixture and toss gently.
- Fold in the crumbled feta cheese.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
