- 1 head Napa cabbage, shredded
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard flavor packets)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Crush raw ramen noodles inside the package.
- Toast crushed noodles in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown.
- Place shredded cabbage in a large bowl.
- Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil together.
- Pour dressing over cabbage and toss to coat.
- Fold in the toasted noodles, green onions, and sesame seeds just before serving.
