- 8 oz Rotini pasta
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Drain and rinse pasta with cold water.
- Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in drained tuna, celery, and red onion.
- Fold in the chilled pasta gently.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
