- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 Granny Smith apples, diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Mix crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9×13 pan.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cheesecake layer over the crust and refrigerate.
- Sauté diced apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until glazed.
- Spread the warm apples over the chilled cheesecake layer.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and chill for 4 hours before serving.
