- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp instant coffee granules
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder, and instant coffee.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients; fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Drop dough by tablespoon onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly undercooked.
- Cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to rack.
- Serve warm or let cool for storage.
