- 4–6 lb ham (cured)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Sear the ham in a skillet for 3 minutes per side.
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and brown sugar together.
- Place ham in the slow cooker.
- Brush the glaze over the ham thoroughly.
- Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
- Reduce remaining pot juices in a pan to thicken into a sauce.
