Description

Succulent cubes of beef and tender potatoes slow-cooked in a luxurious garlic butter glaze. A hearty, one-pot meal that is rich in flavor and effortless to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast, cubed into 1-inch pieces
  • 1.5 lbs Yellow Potatoes, cubed into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (for searing)

Instructions

  1. Sear beef cubes in oil over high heat until browned on all sides; transfer to slow cooker.
  2. Add cubed potatoes to the slow cooker with the beef.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes, stirring gently to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours until beef is fork-tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
