  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
