  • 1 cup unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 cups fresh apples (peeled and thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions
