- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, pulse the graham crackers into fine crumbs, mix in the melted butter until combined, and press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
