- 1 lb Jumbo Shrimp (peeled, deveined, tails on)
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 Lemons (half sliced, half juiced)
- Ice cubes for bath
Instructions
- Simmer water with Old Bay and lemon slices in a large pot.
- Add shrimp and poach for 2-3 minutes until opaque and curved in a 'C'.
- Immediately transfer shrimp to an ice-water bath for 5 minutes.
- Whisk together ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
- Arrange shrimp around a bowl of the chilled sauce.
