  • ½ lb pork sausage
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce (plus additional for glazing)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C) using wood chips like hickory or mesquite.
