Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add dry ingredients until combined.
- Fold in the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool for five minutes before transferring them to wire racks.
