  • 10 mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (peeled and chopped)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter (for frosting)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for frosting, more if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add dry ingredients until combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
  5. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
