Description

A tender, juicy turkey tenderloin slow-cooked with a rich garlic and herb butter rub. Perfect for healthy weeknight dinners or a stress-free holiday meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 turkey tenderloins
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pat turkey tenderloins dry with paper towels.
  2. Combine softened butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the herb butter mixture evenly over the turkey tenderloins.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown meat on all sides for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Place the seared turkey into the slow cooker.
  6. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove from slow cooker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
