- 2 turkey tenderloins
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Pat turkey tenderloins dry with paper towels.
- Combine softened butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the herb butter mixture evenly over the turkey tenderloins.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown meat on all sides for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place the seared turkey into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from slow cooker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
