- 1 cup full-fat sour cream

- 8 corn or flour tortillas
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups enchilada sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 7-8 minutes per side. Shred the chicken once cooled.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with sour cream, half of the cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and some enchilada sauce until well combined.
