  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper on all sides and place it in the baking dish.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, and honey. Stir until simmering; let thicken for about 10 minutes.
