  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. While cooling, beat softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until desired sweetness is reached.
