  • 1 cup artichoke hearts (canned or jarred, drained and chopped)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 puff pastry cups (store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. If using frozen spinach, thaw completely and squeeze out excess moisture. If using fresh, sauté briefly until wilted; chop finely.
