Description

A refreshing autumn salad featuring crisp Honeycrisp apples, tangy feta cheese, and candied walnuts tossed in a sweet maple cider vinaigrette.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup candied walnuts
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
