Description

A sophisticated, homemade iced tea infused with a reduced fresh peach compote and a hint of lemon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 3 ripe peaches, diced
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Steep tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove bags and stir in honey.
  3. Simmer diced peaches in a saucepan with a splash of water for 10 minutes.
  4. Combine hot tea with the peach reduction.
  5. Stir in fresh lemon juice.
