A sophisticated, homemade iced tea infused with a reduced fresh peach compote and a hint of lemon.
Ingredients

- 4 black tea bags
- 4 cups filtered water
- 3 ripe peaches, diced
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Steep tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Remove bags and stir in honey.
- Simmer diced peaches in a saucepan with a splash of water for 10 minutes.
- Combine hot tea with the peach reduction.
- Stir in fresh lemon juice.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
