  • 1 lb thick-cut bacon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, reserving some drippings.
  3. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
  4. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with heavy cream, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  5. Combine cooked spaghetti with the cream mixture in the skillet, using reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
  6. Stir in crumbled bacon and half of the cheddar cheese.
