Description
Hearty jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a rich mixture of garlic butter chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce, topped with melted mozzarella.

- 12–15 Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 2 Chicken Breasts, diced
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil shells until slightly underdone; drain and set aside.
- Sauté diced chicken in butter until browned; remove from pan.
- Sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan and cooked chicken; fold in some mozzarella.
- Stuff shells with the chicken mixture and place in a greased dish.
- Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
