Description

Hearty jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a rich mixture of garlic butter chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce, topped with melted mozzarella.


Ingredients

  • 1215 Jumbo Pasta Shells
  • 2 Chicken Breasts, diced
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil shells until slightly underdone; drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté diced chicken in butter until browned; remove from pan.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and cooked chicken; fold in some mozzarella.
  6. Stuff shells with the chicken mixture and place in a greased dish.
  7. Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
