- 4 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast slivered almonds in a skillet over medium heat until golden.
- Place baby spinach in a large bowl.
- Add sliced strawberries and crumbled feta to the spinach.
- Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a jar.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad components.
- Toss gently and top with toasted almonds.
