  • 1 medium head of cauliflower (about 4 cups florets)
  • 3 tablespoons gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a large bowl, mix gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until well combined.
  3. Toss the cauliflower florets in the marinade until evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the marinated cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, shaking halfway through cooking.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
