- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry or raspberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (thawed)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, eggs, and water according to package instructions until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for about 10 minutes, then poke holes all over the surface using a fork or skewer.
