- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Grease the slow cooker insert with butter.
- Whisk brown sugar and cocoa powder together.
- Melt butter and chocolate chips in the microwave.
- Fold melted chocolate into dry ingredients.
- Stir in whole milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour batter into the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
