Description

A creamy and hearty slow-cooker meal combining potato dumplings and smoky turkey sausage for a comforting dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (approx 20oz) frozen potato and cheese pierogi
  • 12oz turkey kielbasa, sliced into rounds
  • 1 can (10.5oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Place sliced onions and butter in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Layer sliced turkey kielbasa over the onions.
  3. Arrange frozen pierogi in a single layer on top of the sausage.
  4. Mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream together in a bowl.
  5. Pour the cream mixture evenly over the pierogi.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
