Description

A refreshing, dairy-free peach sorbet that achieves a creamy texture without the need for an ice cream machine. Made with fresh summer peaches and a touch of honey.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the fresh peaches into small pieces.
  2. Place peaches, honey, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt in a blender.
  3. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.
