A luxurious pasta dish combining a bold, herb-infused cowboy butter with tender chicken and creamy linguine.

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook linguine according to package directions.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
- Lower heat and melt butter, stirring in minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and chives.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
- Reserve a bit of pasta water, then drain noodles.
- Toss linguine and chicken into the sauce, adding pasta water as needed to reach a creamy consistency.
