- 1 French baguette
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
- Slice baguette lengthwise, leaving a hinge at the bottom.
- Spread garlic butter evenly over the bread, leaving a small border.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
