- 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
- 8 slices thick-cut Bacon
- 3 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 4 large Russet Potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 Yellow Onion, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Sauté onions and garlic in the same skillet until translucent.
- Fry bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
- Layer sliced potatoes at the bottom of the baking dish.
- Top potatoes with the beef mixture, then the shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
