- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar (for cheesecake)
- 1 egg (for cheesecake)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and chocolate together, then stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Beat softened cream cheese with sugar and one egg until smooth.
- Pour brownie batter into the pan, dollop cheesecake mixture on top, and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick has moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before slicing.
