Your next get-together or BBQ needs this Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing. This fruit salad is the perfect combination of sweet fruits topped with a zesty lemon poppy seed dressing.

- 2 cups strawberries (hulled and chopped)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 3 kiwis (peeled, sliced and quartered)
- 1 orange (peeled, sectioned and halved)
- Fresh mint for garnish
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently mix together the fruit.
- Drizzle the lemon juice and honey over fruit mixture.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds over fruit. Stir gently to combine
- Serve garnished with mint leaves (optional).
- Refrigerate the letovers in an air tight container for up to 4 days.
