Description

Your next get-together or BBQ needs this Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing. This fruit salad is the perfect combination of sweet fruits topped with a zesty lemon poppy seed dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups strawberries (hulled and chopped)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 3 kiwis (peeled, sliced and quartered)
  • 1 orange (peeled, sectioned and halved)
  • Fresh mint for garnish
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently mix together the fruit.
  2. Drizzle the lemon juice and honey over fruit mixture.
  3. Sprinkle poppy seeds over fruit. Stir gently to combine
  4. Serve garnished with mint leaves (optional).
  5. Refrigerate the letovers in an air tight container for up to 4 days.
