- 2 cups mandarin orange segments, drained
- 2 cups pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Pat the mandarin oranges and pineapple dry with paper towels.
- Whisk Greek yogurt and honey together in a large bowl until smooth.
- Fold in shredded coconut and mini marshmallows.
- Gently fold in the drained citrus segments and pineapple tidbits.
- Fold in the halved maraschino cherries carefully.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
