- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9×9 baking dish.
- Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Drain excess grease and stir in garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
- Remove from heat and mix in softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Spread meat mixture into the baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
