Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse and chop the cauliflower into florets. Steam or microwave until tender (5-7 minutes), then let cool slightly.
- Pulse the cooled cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice or fine crumbs.
