  • 2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (5 oz) high-quality tuna, drained
  • 3 tbsp tahini, well-stirred
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas and drained tuna. Gently fold together.
