Instructions

  4. Shape Ravioli: Cut ghost shapes from the pasta. Place spoonfuls of filling on half of the shapes, moisten edges with water, fold over, and seal.
  5. Cook Ravioli: Boil salted water in a pot. Cook ravioli for 3-4 minutes until they float; remove with a slotted spoon.
  6. Prepare Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté sage leaves for 2 minutes. Toss cooked ravioli gently in the sauce before serving.
