- 3–4 lbs boneless, skinless turkey breast
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and place the turkey breast inside.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Rub this mixture generously over the turkey breast.
- In another bowl, mix the maple syrup with additional chopped herbs if desired. Brush this glaze over the turkey.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting halfway through with some of the glaze.
- During the last 15 minutes of baking, apply more maple glaze for a caramelized finish. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
