  • 5 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 4 additional Oreo Cookies, chopped (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl; press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, and fresh lemon juice until well combined.
