  • 1 cup (150g) Bell Peppers, mixed colors, sliced
  • 1 cup (70g) Mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium (200g) Zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cups (60g) Spinach, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) Italian Herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
