Ingredients
- 8 oz bihon noodles
- 1 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 cup pork belly, sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into pieces
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Soak bihon noodles in warm water for 30 minutes until softened. Drain well.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and pork; cook until browned. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute; add carrots and green beans. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Stir in cabbage and cook until wilted.
- Return proteins to the pan with soaked noodles. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce; toss to combine.
- Simmer on low heat for an additional 5 minutes to meld flavors.
