  • 8 oz bihon noodles
  • 1 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup pork belly, sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Soak bihon noodles in warm water for 30 minutes until softened. Drain well.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and pork; cook until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute; add carrots and green beans. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in cabbage and cook until wilted.
  5. Return proteins to the pan with soaked noodles. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce; toss to combine.
  6. Simmer on low heat for an additional 5 minutes to meld flavors.
