- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted if desired
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour and butter until crumbly. Press into mini muffin tins to form crusts.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and pecans until well combined.
- Spoon filling into each crust, filling three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
