Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted if desired
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour and butter until crumbly. Press into mini muffin tins to form crusts.
  3. In another bowl, mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and pecans until well combined.
  4. Spoon filling into each crust, filling three-quarters full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
