  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 12 festive cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt half of the chocolate chips in increments of 30 seconds until smooth, stirring frequently.
  3. Spoon a teaspoon of melted chocolate into each liner, spreading it evenly across the bottom and up the sides. Chill for 10 minutes to set.
  4. In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and butter over medium heat, stirring continuously until melted and smooth. Mix in remaining chocolate chips until fully blended.
  5. Remove from the fridge and fill each cup with caramel mixture, leaving space at the top.
  6. Melt remaining chocolate chips and pour over each cup to seal. Chill for at least 30 minutes until set.
