- ½ cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
- If using fresh corn, grill until charred on all sides. For canned corn, drain well. Allow to cool before adding to the salad.
- Dice the red onion and chop the cilantro. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, salt, pepper, and chili powder; mix until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine grilled chicken slices, corn kernels, red onion, cilantro, Cotija cheese crumbles, and dressing. Toss gently until evenly coated.
