- 4 ripe heirloom tomatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 slices aged gouda cheese
- 1 tsp salt

- 4 brioche buns
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place tomato halves cut-side up on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roast for 25-30 minutes until caramelized.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and minced garlic; set aside.
- Combine ground beef, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and form into four patties.
- Heat grill or skillet over medium-high heat; cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Add gouda slices during the last minute to melt.
- Toast buns lightly, spread garlic mayo on each half, top with patties and roasted tomatoes.
