  • 2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow), sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
