  • 1 cup whipped topping (stabilized)
  • 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup chopped kiwi

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. In another bowl, blend the mascarpone cheese with half of the whipped topping until smooth.
  3. In a rectangular dish, layer half of the graham cracker crumbs on the bottom, followed by half of the chocolate pudding mixture.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the pudding layer and top with chopped strawberries and kiwi.
  5. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients: graham cracker crumbs, chocolate pudding mixture, cream cheese mixture, and fruits. Finish with whipped topping.
